We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work closely with our operations and field service teams, reporting to the Manager, Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, production, supply chain, warehouse and trade compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in Project Management, working as Project Manager for Electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting and distribution, ideally within North America.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education required. PMP designation is an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of both low and medium voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, PDUs and ATSs.
  • Knowledge and experience with ModularePODproducts a must
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems including SAP, MS Project, and other MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
