Job description

  • Lead Qualitrol's global marketing strategy and execution
  • Translate business, customer, product, and commercial priorities into focused marketing plans, campaigns, and measurable outcomes
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, insights, and recommended actions using campaign, funnel, website, and other data
  • Coach and develop the marketing team and build a high-accountability, continuous-improvement culture
  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, campaign themes, and customer-facing narratives
  • Lead product launch communications from brief through execution and post-launch measurement
  • Own event and trade show communications, including booth content, promotion, invitations, sales enablement, lead capture, follow-up, and ROI review
  • Partner with Sales, regional commercial teams, and Product Management to convert customer, competitive, technical, and field insights into messaging and enablement
  • Create and manage an integrated content calendar across launches, campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership, website updates, webinars, social media, email, and sales enablement
  • Oversee marketing operations, technology, integrations, technical issues, enhancements, testing, and release readiness across HubSpot, Salesforce, website platforms, analytics, and reporting
  • Own the marketing website roadmap, content governance, customer experience, and performance across Makeswift, Hygraph, BigCommerce, and related tools
  • Maintain message consistency, brand quality, customer relevance, and execution discipline across teams, agencies, vendors, and marketing technology platforms
  • Manage the marketing budget across agencies, contractors, software vendors, and marketing technology investments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing communications experience
  • Experience in industrial technology, utilities, electrical infrastructure, manufacturing, software, or another technically complex market preferred
  • Experience leading and coaching people, projects, agencies, or cross-functional teams while remaining handsโ€‘on in execution
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product messaging, segment campaigns, launch communications, trade show activation, and sales enablement for complex B2B solutions
  • Strong handsโ€‘on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort working across CMS, digital experience, eโ€‘commerce, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Experience with paid media, web analytics, audience segmentation, nurture programs, lead scoring, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholderโ€‘management skills
  • Ability to simplify technical topics for customers, sales teams, executives, and channel partners
  • Ability to manage briefs, calendars, budgets, agencies, creative reviews, deadlines, handoffs, executive expectations, and postโ€‘campaign followโ€‘up
  • Preferred: Experience marketing technical products, software, or services to utilities, OEMs, industrial customers, or channel partners
  • Preferred: Familiarity with electrical power, grid modernization, asset monitoring, or conditionโ€‘based maintenance
  • Preferred: Experience supporting website migrations, digital experience programs, CRM integrations, eโ€‘commerce, or marketing technology transformation
  • Preferred: Familiarity with continuousโ€‘improvement operating systems
  • Regular collaboration and coordination across global time zones
