Which 5 jobs will remain after AI?

Power Platform professionals, such as Power BI developers, automation specialists, and low-code app creators, are likely to continue in demand because their roles involve designing, customizing, and managing business solutions that require human oversight and domain expertise. While AI can automate routine tasks, jobs that require complex problem-solving, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills are less susceptible to automation. Skills in data analysis, process optimization, and understanding business needs will remain valuable in the evolving job market.

To excel in a Power Platform role, you need a solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents), basic programming skills, and experience with data integration. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and certifications like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals are often required. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are vital soft skills, as the role frequently involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions. These competencies allow you to efficiently create, deploy, and manage business solutions that drive process automation and data-driven decision-making.

What jobs in the US pay $300,000 a year?

In the Power Platform field, senior roles such as Power Platform Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Consultant can reach or exceed $300,000 annually, especially with extensive experience, certifications, and leadership responsibilities. These positions often require advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with strong business acumen and project management skills.

Working closely with both IT teams and end users helps ensure that developed solutions effectively address business needs while minimizing potential roadblocks.

  • Partner with security, legal, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise policies and responsible AI requirements

  • Work directly with the technology to support solution design, prototyping, and implementation
  • Partner with engineering and solution teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Contribute to design decisions related to prompt design and evaluation, conversation flows and orchestration, agent behaviors and action execution, data access and connector strategy
  • Evaluate and improve solution performance, usability, reliability, and scalability

AI, Data & Integration Strategy
  • Help shape enterprise AI solutions by defining effective approaches for prompt engineering, grounding and knowledge retrieval, orchestration and agent design, API and connector-based integrations
  • Partner with technical teams on data architecture considerations including Dataverse design, Data modeling and lifecycle management, external system integrations, identity and access controls
  • Understand how Copilots and apps interact with enterprise systems, data sources, and security controls

Adoption, Change Management and Scale
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and responsible scale of Copilot and Power Platform solutions
  • Create reusable templates, patterns, and accelerators to improve consistency and speed to delivery
  • Partner with enablement and communications teams to support rollout plans, training, and user guidance
  • Help establish a sustainable model for product support, intake management, and ongoing improvement

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record delivering enterprise software, platform, or digital products
  • Deep, hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and broader Power Platform capabilities
  • Proven experience building and operationalizing: product processes, governance frameworks, intake and prioritization models, and supporting product and compliance artifacts
  • Strong understanding of:
