The Solutions Architect Lead, focus in Microsoft Dynamics, is a key role in Virtus' growing team. We are seeking this Solutions Architect Lead in Microsoft Dynamics to drive end-to-end solution design and delivery across our clients' digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting and technical execution, requiring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This person will lead solution strategy, architect scalable systems, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Leadership & Architecture
  • Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery through design, build, deployment, and optimization
  • Architect scalable, secure solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture diagrams
  • Define integration strategies across systems (APIs, middleware, Azure services)

Client Engagement & Consulting
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical capabilities
  • Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and executive presentations
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, platform capabilities, and roadmap planning

Delivery & Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor functional and technical teams (developers, analysts, architects)
  • Oversee solution delivery ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment to requirements
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Power Platform Expertise
  • Design and oversee development of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applications
  • Implement automation using Power Automate and reporting via Power BI
  • Ensure governance, security, and performance optimization across the platform

Integration & Technical Oversight
  • Guide integrations with Azure services, third-party platforms, and legacy systems
  • Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies
  • Establish data models, security frameworks, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
    • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
    • Dataverse and data modeling
  • Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and integrations
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT consulting or professional services environments
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Power Platform Architect)
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management strategies
  • Industry experience in sectors such telecommunications, public sector
