About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Engineer to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions that drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy model-driven and canvas apps using Microsoft Power Apps

• Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

• Configure and deploy Power Virtual Agents chatbots integrated with business data sources

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party services via connectors and APIs

• Work with Dataverse (Common Data Service) to model, manage, and secure business data

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

• Perform solution reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices for performance, security, and maintainability

• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users

• Monitor deployed applications and automate issue resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)

• Proficiency in building both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps

• Strong experience with Power Automate for process automation, including cloud flows and desktop RPA flows

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and business logic

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

• Experience integrating Power Platform with REST APIs, Azure services, and external data sources

• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and report development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP modules

• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for Power Platform solutions

• Familiarity with Dataverse for Teams and governance/CoE Starter Kit

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or PCF (Power Apps Component Framework)
