Role: Technical Lead – Enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform)

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite & must be willing to relocate and be onsite on day 1)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Technical Lead to support the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) and the Power Platform.
  • This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
  • Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and junior developers.
  • Manage code reviews, deployments, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and/or Service).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with ALM practices and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-600, MB-210, MB-230) are a plus
