Location: Arlington, TX Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $58.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead IT Metrics Analyst- Power Platform Architect
Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including apps, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
1.Assist with refining requirements, shape the backlog, and align technical priorities to business goals.
1.Maintain architectural documentation that supports governance, clarity, and knowledge sharing across IT.
1.Lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into scalable, secure solution designs.
1.Design data architectures using Dataverse and connectors to support integration, modeling, and governance.
1.Extend platform capabilities with Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure integrations using best-practice patterns.
1.Oversee testing, deployment, and lifecycle management in compliance with governance standards.
1.Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to support performance, maintainability, and standards alignment.
1.Collaborate across development, project, business analysis, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Education & Experience
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1.3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in architecture or advanced development roles.
1.Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
1.Strong experience with SQL, relational database design, data modeling, and enterprise integration.
1.Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
1.Familiarity with APIs, custom connectors, and external system integration patterns.
1.Solid understanding of Power Platform performance, security, and governance principles.
1.Background in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML5.
1.Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methods.
1.Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or similar CI/CD tools.
