What is a Power Plant Rotation?

A Power Plant Rotation is a structured program, often for recent graduates or early-career engineers, that allows participants to work in various departments within a power plant or across multiple power plants over a set period, typically 1-2 years. The goal is to provide broad exposure to different aspects of power plant operations, such as maintenance, operations, safety, and project management.
