Job description

Construction Laborer / Installer
Start at $16/Hour. Earn $50,000-$125,000+ Through Performance & Promotions.

Typical annual earnings (hourly + bonuses):
  • New team members: Starting at $16/hour
  • Skilled crew members: $50,000-$80,000/year
  • Crew leaders and top performers: $80,000-$125,000+/year

What You'll Do
You'll work with a small, professional crew repairing foundations, crawl spaces, and structural issues for homeowners. Every day is hands-on and different.
Responsibilities include:
  • Installing foundation and crawlspace repair systems
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Keeping jobsites clean and organized
  • Working safely while producing quality work
  • Helping complete projects on schedule
