Overview

We are seeking a strategic, resultsdriven Leader of Corporate Account Managers (CAMs) - Power Industry to guide profitable growth across North America's power generation and utility sector. This role leads a team responsible for our most critical power customers and enterprise relationships, aligning customer priorities with our solutions to deliver longterm value, reliability, and performance at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming team of Corporate Account Managers serving investorowned utilities, IPPs, and generation fleets.
  • Own enterprise and fleetlevel account strategies, serving as executive sponsor for key customers and driving multisite growth programs.
  • Establish a disciplined operating rhythm across account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
  • Lead executivelevel customer engagements and valuebased selling conversations tied to plant and corporate KPIs.
  • Orchestrate crossfunctional teams to convert complex opportunities into wellexecuted, multisite programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape market strategy, innovation priorities, and competitive positioning in the power sector.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years of experience in power generation and/or industrial water, process treatment, or solutions sales.
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise accounts and closing complex, multistakeholder, multisite deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America (typically 40-60%).
