Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4–7+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Prior nuclear experience.
  • Prior design engineering scheduling experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues.
  • Support servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor junior support staff.
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis.
