Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to translate business requirements into Epics and Features.
  • Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
  • Lead business-to-architecture decomposition sessions and Agile Value Teams (AVTs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Create executive-level presentations, project updates, and status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Drive Agile delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project documentation using Azure DevOps and Confluence.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Project, Program, or Product Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable Epics and Features.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Azure DevOps
    • Confluence
    • Microsoft PowerPoint (executive presentations and program updates)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and leading cross-functional meetings.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture and Scrum teams.
