Lead MS BI Developer (MS Fabric)Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Manager with 8-10 years of experience to lead our Data & Analytics team, with a specialized focus on Microsoft Fabric, Real-time Analytics, and advanced Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical hands-on expertise in Microsoft’s unified analytics ecosystem with strong leadership capabilities to mentor engineers, define architecture, and deliver high-velocity data projects.

Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions, modernizing legacy systems to Microsoft Fabric.
  • Technical Management: Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and developers, overseeing code reviews, technical designs, and performance optimization.
  • Real-time Strategy: Drive the strategy for ingestion, transformation, and storage of real-time telemetry and streaming data using Fabric Eventstreams and Eventhouses.
  • Data Governance & DevOps: Establish CI/CD frameworks, Git integration, security policies, and workspace governance (RLS/OLS) in Fabric/OneLake.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable analytics solutions using Direct Lake mode.
RequirementsTechnical Skills Required (4+ Years in Specific Tech Stack)
  • MS Fabric Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory (pipelines), Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake architecture.
