Job Summary:
Nesco Resource is a company seeking a Power BI Developer to assist with operations related to Pricing Transparency and associated applications. The role involves developing BI tools and supporting analytics to enhance data transparency and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop BI tools and assist with analytics related to Pricing Transparency data.
โ€ข Maintain and develop applications related to Pricing Transparency.
โ€ข Prepare and analyze company-wide reports relevant to Pricing Transparency data, including internal payer bandwidth.
โ€ข Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and information consumers at all levels of the Client.
โ€ข Collaborate with ITG and development teams to deliver technology and tools that provide value to end users.
โ€ข Assist in the design, development, and implementation of advanced ad-hoc reports.
โ€ข Identify and document reporting requirements, extract and manipulate data from databases, and assist with acceptance and QA testing.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
โ€ข College Graduate Preferred.
โ€ข Experience in managing multiple working relationships and project work.
โ€ข Understanding of revenue cycle, general ledger, gross/net revenue, managed care payors, data availability, and financial systems.
โ€ข Experience with analytic platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Language, Teradata, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Office.
โ€ข Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools.
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in patient financials and revenue cycle data.
