We are seeking a data and analytics professional with strong experience in patient and commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry, with CAR-T cell therapy analytics experience. The role will support end‑to‑end analytics delivery across oncology and other key therapeutic areas, generating insights that drive brand strategy, field effectiveness, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end commercial analytics engagements, delivering patient, prescriber, and market insights for top pharma brands.
  • Conduct patient journey, adherence, persistence, and line‑of‑therapy analyses using claims and EHR data.
  • Build automated dashboards and statistical models to support commercial decision‑making and brand strategy.
  • Support targeting and segmentation frameworks to optimize field deployment and enhance HCP engagement.
  • Track brand performance, launch readiness, KPIs, competitor activity, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Integrate external datasets (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony) with internal CRM and marketing data to deliver cross‑channel insights.
Analytics Expertise
  • Claims and EHR data analytics (EHR exposure; no direct EMR experience).
  • Patient journey, adherence, persistence, and initiation barrier analytics.
  • Commercial analytics including prescriber insights, market trends, and brand performance tracking.
  • Statistical modeling and dashboard development to support commercial strategy
