Role Description

You will own the product roadmap, operational support, and ongoing delivery for FP&A technology capabilities powered by Microsoft Fabric. You will partner with FP&A, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Engineering teams to improve planning, forecasting, management reporting, and financial-data usability. You will translate business needs into prioritized product requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, ensure reliable day-to-day operation of finance data products and reporting, and identify practical AI and automation opportunities that improve FP&A efficiency and insight.

Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the roadmap for FP&A capabilities in Microsoft Fabric, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
  • Provide operational product support for Fabric-based FP&A data products, reports, dashboards, semantic models, and integrations; triage issues, coordinate resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to define business outcomes, requirements, KPIs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead design for trusted financial data products, semantic models, reporting datasets, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on Microsoft Fabric architecture, data pipelines, data quality, lineage, security, governance, and release management.
  • Define and manage integration requirements between Microsoft Fabric and core enterprise systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday, billing platforms, and other financial or operational source systems.
  • Modernize finance reporting by reducing manual spreadsheet processes and creating governed, self-service reporting.
  • Establish financial-data reconciliation, controls, documentation, and support processes to ensure accuracy, auditability, and dependable business operations.
  • Manage backlog, dependencies, delivery risks, release planning, testing, stakeholder communication, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify AI and automation use cases, such as variance explanations, anomaly detection, forecast-driver analysis, narrative reporting, and financial-data-quality monitoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, finance systems, business systems analysis, data/analytics, or enterprise applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including data pipelines, semantic models, reporting datasets, dashboards, or related analytics capabilities.
  • Experience supporting FP&A, corporate planning, Finance, or Accounting processes.
  • ZoomInfo | Enterprise Technologies Product Manager – FP&A / Microsoft Fabric
  • Understanding of FP&A processes including annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Ability to convert business needs into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional business, data, engineering, and finance systems teams.
  • Understanding of data modeling, source‑to‑target mapping, data quality, security, governance, and financial‑data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, operational problem‑solving, stakeholder‑management, and written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, data pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI.
  • Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, billing, or other financial and operational source systems.
  • Experience supporting SaaS planning metrics, including ARR, bookings, revenue, retention, headcount, operating expenses, and margin.
  • Familiarity with financial controls, SOX‑sensitive processes, and audit or reconciliation requirements.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling, or data transformation concepts.
  • Experience with Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, IBM Planning Analytics, or comparable enterprise planning tools.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence in an agile product‑delivery environment.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, finance, accounting, or product‑management certifications.
AI / Emerging Tech
  • Identify and prototype AI‑enabled FP&A improvements using governed financial data.
  • Ensure AI solutions maintain appropriate data access, traceability, controls, and human review.
