This opportunity sits within a large enterprise IT organization supporting business-critical platforms across Finance and corporate operations. The team focuses on modernizing collaboration and automation capabilities using Microsoft SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and a collaborative SharePoint/Power Platform team to design, build, and enhance solutions that directly improve how teams operate, collaborate, and automate processes. The environment values hands-on development, practical problem-solving, and strong partnership with the business.

This is a contract opportunity offering exposure to enterprise-scale SharePoint Online and Power Platform implementations. The role provides hands-on ownership of new builds and enhancements, close collaboration with business partners, and the chance to contribute to a growing SharePoint and Power Platform community of practice. The work model is hybrid, with on-site collaboration in Charlotte, NC, supporting strong team engagement and stakeholder interaction.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate needs into SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and web parts
  • Build Power Apps (primarily Canvas apps) and Power Automate cloud flows to support business automation
  • Support and guide business-aligned IT delivery teams on best practices, governance, and usage of Power Platform tools
  • Assist with migration efforts from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, including sites, forms, and workflows
  • Provide support for end-user requests related to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate citizen development
  • Participate in ongoing support, maintenance, and incident management activities via ServiceNow
  • Contribute to the SharePoint/Power Platform Community of Service through shared assets, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Are You an Experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer Ready to Make an Impact?

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and supporting SharePoint sites using Lists, Libraries, and Web Parts
  • 3+ years of experience developing forms and workflows
  • 2+ years of experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online
  • Experience working with InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows
  • Experience migrating SharePoint 2016 sites, forms, and workflows to SharePoint Online
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permission models
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, SharePoint REST APIs, and SQL
  • Experience implementing SharePoint Online solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Proven ability to work directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Experience supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing efforts
  • Ability to train business users on developed solutions
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and delivery best practices

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with ShareGate or similar migration tools
  • Familiarity with Power Platform components such as Dataverse or Power Virtual Agents
  • Exposure to SharePoint administration
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools
