Your Role at Delta Faucet
Delta Faucet Company is accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across sales, marketing, supply chain, ecommerce, and analytics functions. The AI Automations & Enablement Engineer will help scale productivity by designing business automations, integrating AI capabilities into daily workflows, and empowering teams to use Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools effectively and responsibly.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business process improvement, and AI technology. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with practical business acumen and a strong ability to help users work smarter through automation and enablement.
Responsibilities
Business Process Automation
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to automate repetitive or manual business processes.
  • Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
  • Automate data collection, reporting, notifications, approvals, and operational workflows across business teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes, reduce friction, and create scalable automation patterns.

AI Enablement & Adoption
  • Support deployment and adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across business functions.
  • Develop use cases, templates, prompts, and reusable enablement assets that improve employee productivity.
  • Train and coach business users on responsible, effective, and practical AI usage.
  • Track adoption, utilization, user feedback, and measurable business impact from AI-enabled solutions.

Platform Integration
  • Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform, and Databricks solutions into cohesive business workflows.
  • Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and workflow integrations between business applications and AI-powered solutions.
  • Support deployment, testing, and operational rollout of AI agents and automations developed by the Analytics organization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI Development teams to convert prototypes into governed, production-ready capabilities.

Governance & Responsible AI
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with applicable security, privacy, data governance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Partner with IT, Information Security, Legal, and Data Governance teams to maintain appropriate controls and documentation.
  • Support monitoring, auditing, exception handling, and lifecycle management for deployed automation and AI solutions.

Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor automation performance and recommend improvements that increase reliability, usability, and business value.
  • Stay current on Microsoft AI, Copilot, Power Platform, enterprise automation, and LLM-enabled productivity technologies.
  • Help establish practical standards, reusable patterns, and documentation for AI and automation delivery across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in automation engineering, business systems, analytics engineering, data analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience designing workflow automations, business process improvements, or system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language or scripting language, such as Python.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Preferred
  • Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or modern analytics platforms.
  • Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or LLM-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, data platforms, and business productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG-enabled solutions, or agentic workflows.
  • Experience supporting analytics, ecommerce, retail, sales, or consumer products organizations.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure, or AI-related certifications.
