Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps to support one of our premier clients-a leading global financial institution. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills. The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and develop implementation plans.
  • Design and define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
  • Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, Exchange/Email, and Central Power Platform Engineering teams to ensure a stable, secure, and sustainable platform.
  • Provide technical leadership to business-aligned development squads by:
    • Guiding solution design and architecture
    • Reviewing code and platform configurations
    • Developing reusable components, shared services, and automation
    • Driving DevOps best practices and CI/CD adoption across teams
  • Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using an iterative Agile delivery approach, ensuring comprehensive unit, integration, and regression testing.
  • Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 data migration capabilities.
  • Enable and support AI-powered capabilities through Microsoft AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated deployments and platform governance.
  • Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing operational support to ensure high platform availability and reliability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, security, and developer productivity.

Eligibility Requirements
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on development of enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, and related architecture and design practices.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#/.NET.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with sound technical judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels.

Nice to Have
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience with the full application lifecycle, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing, as well as release and delivery management

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120,000-$140,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
