Job description

Bs in electrical / electronics with 6 year experience in power electronics

Design and develop DC/AC inverter hardware using IGBT/MOSFET power topologies

Work with  microcontrollers real time control integration

Design gate driver circuits, isolation interfaces and protection circuits (overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit)

Create schematics and multi layer PCB designs using Altium

evaluate key components including power devices, magnetics and sensing

Perform power loss calculations, thermal and efficiency optimization

Integrate control hardware with firmware team on inverter operation / fault

Conduct hardware testing, debugging and validation using oscilloscopes and power analyzers

Implement current and voltage sensing circuits and ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards

support prototype development, design and system optimization and documentation
