We are currently seeking a Junior Power Platform Analyst to support the US Navy’s Civilian Intelligence Personnel System.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards to track HR operations across multiple platforms
  • Maintain Power Flow automations for Position Description classification and reclassification request tracking
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flow for multiple reports from HRLink
  • Support requests for Personnel Action Procedures
  • Verify documents are compliant with OCHR regulations and processed in a timely manner using DCPDS systems
  • Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboard to track HR operations across multiple platforms
  • Develop various Excel tools to support RPA verification and tracking requirements
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
  • 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
