Job description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Build Relationships. Change Lives. Love Where You Work.

Quartz Dentistry | Rifle, Colorado

If you're looking for a hygiene position where you're simply expected to "clean teeth," this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're looking for a career where you'll build lifelong relationships, make a genuine impact on people's health and confidence, and be part of a team that truly values one another, we would love to meet you.

At Quartz Dentistry, we believe exceptional dentistry begins with exceptional relationships. Our hygienists aren't rushed from patient to patient. They are trusted clinicians, educators, advocates, and one of the biggest reasons our patients look forward to coming back.

We're searching for someone who wants more than a paycheckโ€”we're looking for someone who wants a place to call home.

Why Quartz Dentistry?

We're a modern cosmetic and comprehensive dental practice that combines advanced dentistry with facial aesthetics while never losing sight of what matters most: people.

Our patients aren't numbers.

They're families we've cared for for years.

They're children we watch grow up.

They're people who trust us during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

We believe the best dentistry happens when patients feel known, heard, and genuinely cared for.

As a hygienist, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships that last for years, not just complete another appointment. You'll educate, encourage, and empower patients while becoming an important part of their health journey.

Life Outside the Office Matters Too

Located in Rifle, Colorado, in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley, you'll enjoy a lifestyle that's hard to match.

Whether you're skiing fresh powder, mountain biking after work, hiking, paddle-boarding the river, fishing, climbing, or simply enjoying a slower pace of life, adventure is always just outside your door.

The Roaring Fork Valley is known for attracting young professionals while also offering an incredible place to raise a family. It's a community where neighbors become friends, local businesses support one another, and people genuinely care about the place they call home.

Here, you'll find the perfect balance between career, adventure, and community.

  • $2,000 annual dental stipend
  • Daily Grab Bag bonuses
  • BAM monthly bonuses
  • Relocation assistance
  • Lifestyle perks, including your choice of a ski season pass, Glenwood Hot Springs annual pass, or Glenwood Caverns annual pass for qualifying positions

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Loves connecting with people
  • Makes patients feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for
  • Values relationships over rushing through appointments
  • Has exceptional communication and patient education skills
  • Loves learning and growing professionally
  • Takes pride in providing outstanding clinical care

  • Is excited to help shape the future of our practice

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist License (or ability to obtain one before employment)
  • Comfortable administering local anesthesia
  • Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required

We'd Love to Hear Your Story

When you apply, we'd love to learn more about you.
