Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US715 is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. 
More than anything, we’re looking for highly-collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
  • Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
  • Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services and capabilities and estimates the pricing for customer needs
  • Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, pricing, cancel orders, work on lead management
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing for printing services using PrintSmith Software (EFI)
  • Knowledge and experience in a printing shop would be preferred
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
 
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Print shop experience preferred but not required
  • Fun person with positive attitude with customers
  • Adobe suite design experience preferred. 
  • Someone who is coachable and has a desire to learn new things everyday
  • Experience conducting customer needs assessments in detail, asking questions, self starter and evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Strong written and verbal proactive communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, highly organized on emails and workloads
  • Desire to continuously look for ways to help people going extra mile with our customers and staff
  • Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
