Postnet is looking for a Store Associate with Jr Graphic Design experience. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has prior experience in retail and project-based environments we. Candidate must be ready to perform in a fast-paced environment while practicing outstanding problem solving, organization, and communication skills to be successful.

We are looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities:

  • Will assist in providing digital and print Graphic Services for both big and small business, including: flyers, banners, business cards and more.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
  • Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer viable solutions.
  • Familiarity with shipping/copy center services (faxing, spiral binding, etc.) and office equipment (copy machines, etc.) is a plus, but will train.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Shift:

  • 4-5 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Experience:

  • Adobe Acrobat: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Optional)
  • Storefront/Retail experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe InDesign: 1 year (Optional)
