Technical Postgres SME who has worked in Database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
Should have a thorough understanding of schema and data migration of large database to PostgreSQL
2) Very strong expertise in PostgreSQL database
3) Very strong expertise and hands-on experience in understanding and rewriting SQL queries, migrating packages, migrating stored procedures and optimizing the same.
Should be able to identify and recommend solution on PostgreSQL query / Stored procedures performance issues.
4) Strong hands-on experience in performance tuning - Constraints creations, Indexes creation & analysis, VACUUM,AUTOVCUUM parameter setup & enabling, explain plan analysis, Server side parameter setup, SQL query re-writing, bloating monitoring
5) Should have good understanding of Oracle PL/SQL databases like TABLES,VIEWS,PROCEDURES,FUNCTIONS,PACKAGES,INDEXES,TRIGGERS,MVs
6) It is good to have GCP basic understanding and Cloud SQL knowledge
7) Oracle to Postgres Migration experience (schema and data ) is required
8) Eager to learn new concepts, functionalities and able to resolved issue independently
