Position Description
The Department of Biologyseeks to develop a pool of candidates for postdoctoral scholars (post-doc) positions.
These appointments will involve a substantial and full-time commitment to research, scholarship, teaching, or other professional activities. Eligibility for annual reappointment is contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations during the term period, in addition to continuity of funding and departmental/school need. This posting is not intended to convey that such a need currently exists. Applicants applying for a pool position will be available to the departmental search committee for consideration in case the need arises.
Positions are subject to availability of funds.
Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Record of scholarly achievements (publications, funding, awards, etc. ).
