Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team. This position is available immediately. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
Our research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of RNA-mediated gene regulation and how dysregulation of gene expression contributes to cancer development and progression. We combine cutting-edge experimental and computational approaches to investigate gene regulatory networks at molecular, cellular, and systems levels.
Current research areas include:
• RNA expression regulation and its role in cancer biology
• Functional genomics and gene regulatory mechanisms
• High-throughput multi-omics approaches, including RNA-seq, CRISPR screening, single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics
• Integration of bioinformatics and genomic data analysis
• Development of RNA-based molecular biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis
Duties & Responsibilities
  • designing and executing molecular, cellular, and genomics-based studies
  • developing and applying advanced CRISPR and transcriptomic technologies
  • integrating and analyzing multi-omics datasets
  • disseminate research findings through high-impact publications and scientific presentations, collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams, and contribute to the laboratory's research, training, and mentoring activities.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

  • Thesuccessful candidate will have opportunities to work in an interdisciplinaryand collaborative research environment while developing expertise in bothexperimental and computational genomics.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field
    • Strong background in molecular and cellular biology
    • Demonstrated research productivity, as evidenced by high-impact peer-reviewed publications
    • Experience in microRNA, genomics or bioinformatics is desirable but not required
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
