Job description

Postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Srinivas Malladi, Ph.D. - Faculty Profile - UT Southwestern, Department of Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center to study metastatic dormancy and recurrences in breast, lung and renal adenocarcinomas. Malladi Lab - UT Southwestern, Dallas, Texas is focused on developing improved diagnostic and therapeutic modalities for treating residual disease and metastasis. We employ molecular, biochemical, immunologic, genomic, imaging and computational based techniques to understand the biology of latent and overt metastasis in breast and kidney cancers using mouse models, xenografts and patient samples.

Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree. Prior research experience with Cancer biology, mouse models, organoids, epigenetics, CRISPR screens, microscopy and bioinformatics will be highly regarded. A track record of productivity and publications in peer-reviewed journals is essential.
