We are seeking a motivated candidate to optimize sales of Adisseo products to accounts in the Swine and related industries within the assigned Eastern Cornbelt USA territory (primarily IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, PA & TN).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales and volume targets in line with Adisseo USA regional objectives, with the flexibility to adapt to significant and frequent modifications matching Adisseo's objectives
  • Establish a strong customer relationship with accounts to increase Adisseo's business and promote Adisseo's image in the industry as preferred supplier
  • Identify and provide solutions for solving key account customers' needs utilizing Adisseo products, technical, and engineering services
  • Monitor market information and competitive market intelligence
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports that keep all team members informed
  • Approximately 60% overnight travel
  • Operate within the approved travel & entertainment expense budget

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the swine and animal feed/health industry
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in the feed additive or related industry
  • Minimum B.S. degree in Animal Science or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of Adisseo's complete product line and services
  • Computer competency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Successful selling, presenting, servicing, and negotiating techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and rapport
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and autonomously
