SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Aircraft Detailers support Prime Appearance, a subsidiary of PrimeFlight Aviation. We specialize in the cleaning and detailing of the exterior and interior of aircrafts to maintain their appearance. This position requires using specialized cleaning products and techniques to address different surfaces and components, ensuring no damage to the aircraft's structure or delicate areas. You must follow the safety and environmental regulations while working efficiently to meet deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft
  • Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to clean and protect aircraft surfaces
  • Inspect aircraft for any stains, damages, or wears and report any findings to management
  • Detail aircraft according to airline specifications and standards
  • Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatories
  • Apply protective coatings to aircraft exteriors to preserve paint and prevent corrosion
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are cleaned during scheduled maintenance
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Coordinate with team members to complete detailing tasks efficiently and on schedule
  • Handle delicate aircraft components with care during the cleaning process
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure all areas of the aircraft are cleaned
  • Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships effectively

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
  • Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
