Job description

Positive Reinforcement is looking for dedicated registered behavior technicians who are interested in becoming Behavior Analysts. We offer concentrated supervision, both direct and indirect to all staff members who want to become BCBAs. By providing over 10% 1-1 supervision on all working hours, Positive Reinforcement ensures you are supported every step of your ABA Journey.

Positive Reinforcement PLLC's mission is to provide the highest quality services possible to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other abilities. We focus on client-led therapy and positive strategies with the recipient experience in mind when designing and implementing behavior change strategies and interacting with the person. Our current staff report high satisfaction with their 2-3 clients and consistent weekly schedule.

Duties include:

  • Use an online data collection platform to input data during session

  • Implement treatment plans and program recommendations under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).

  • Create positive relationships with those with special needs and their families

  • Conduct discrete trial training and NET strategies during sessions

  • Maintain a consistent schedule

  • Receive supervision weekly from a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
