Position: Project Manager

Claremont is looking to add an experienced full-time Project Manager to our growing construction company. We are a disaster services contractor and the majority of our work is repairing damage to commercial, multifamily and/or municipal projects that have been damaged by some type of fire, flood or wind. Candidate MUST have experience managing large renovation projects from start to finish including understanding of plans, specifications, construction means, methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring processes.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaboration.

· Identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

· Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a minimum of 5 years working with the construction company in a related field.

· 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale commercial, multifamily and municipal renovation and/or roofing construction projects

· Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Projects).

· Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· PMP certification is a plus.
