--Position: Project Manager
--Location: Greensboro, NC
--Company: Construction Contractor
--Responsibilities: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects, putting together schedules of work, managing superintendents and subcontractors, and working with assistant project managers. This person will work on contracts and RFIs and deal directly with clients as well. This is a great opportunity to join a large contractor in the Triad area that is growing rapidly as well.
--Requirements:
--5+ years in Project Management for commercial or industrial construction
--Experience with RFIs, contracts, and planning work schedules
--Good software experience (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
