Responsibilities

    • Greet all customer warmly and create a welcoming, inclusive environment within Penny Linn retail spaces
    • Provide knowledgeable, attentive customer service, including assistance with canvas selection, threads, and basic project guidance
    • Educate customers on products, techniques and store offering while tailoring recommendations to individual needs and skill levels
    • Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise and tidying displays
    • Accurately process sales through Shopify POS system
    • Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory as needed
    • Support in-store events, classes and community programming, including setup, customer assistance and breakdown
    • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure store goals and coverage needs are met
    • Represent the Penny Linn brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for needlepoint

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time, weekend availability required

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred), Needlepointer (Required)
