LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR

  • Faire des analyses complexes en transfert de chaleur, reseau de tuyauterie,  thermodynamique et en givrage d'avion.
  • Comprendre et interpreter les resultats dans le contexte du design et du dimensionnement approprie d'un avion.
  • Preparer des plans d'essais.
  • Documenter les analyses et resultats d'essais au sol et en vol.
  • Rediger et mettre a jour les pratiques d'ingenierie de l'entreprise.

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

  • Perform complex analyses of heat transfer, pipe network flow, thermodynamics or aircraft Icing.
  • Understand and frame the results within the context of the design and right sizing of an aircraft.
  • Prepare test plans.
  • Document analysis, ground and flight test results.
  • Write and update Engineering practice documents.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE 

  • Vous detenez un Baccalaureat en genie mecanique ou aeronautique, (incluant des cours ou projets en dynamique des fluides, transfert thermique, givrage en vol et/ou CFD), posseder une maitrise est un atout.
  • Vous avez un minimum de 8 a 12 ans d'experience dans le domaine du transfert de chaleur, thermodynamique, mecanique des fluides et en givrage.
  • Vous avez les habilites necessaires pour travailler effectivement dans un environnement collaboratif.
  • Vous connaissez les logiciels MS Office (incluant une connaissance avancee de Excel)
  • Etre familier avec l'utilisation de Siemens Flomaster est un atout.
  • Vous etes familier avec la programmation (systeme d'exploitation Unix et les langages de programmation tels que Fortran 77/95, Visual Basic, C++/C# et Python est un atout).
  • Vous possedez une bonne faculte pour les interactions interpersonnelles ainsi que pour les communications orales et ecrites.
  • Vous etes disponible pour des deplacements de courte duree (une a deux semaines).

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS

  • You have a bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering (including courses or projects in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, in-flight icing and/or CFD analyses). Having a Master is an asset.
  • You have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in the thermodynamics and icing engineering field.
  • Self-motivated and innovative team player.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office software (advanced level for Excel).
  • Knowledge of Siemens Flomaster is an asset.
  • You are familiar with programming (Unix Operating System and with programming languages such as Fortran 77/95, Visual Basic, C++/C# & Python is an asset).
  • You possess good interpersonal skills as well as good written and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for short term assignments.
