DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE
REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
STATUS: PART- TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY
If you love interacting with people and enjoy working in sports, you are who we are looking for! This position requires a friendly outgoing attitude whose good with money. We would love for you to have some food service and/or customer service experience, but will train the right applicant.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
  • Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
  • Assist with food prep and cooking
  • Keep all food service areas clean and neat
  • Balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • Other various duties as assigned by your manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
  • One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Must be 16 years of age or older

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Facility has intermittent noise
