Job description

CNC Lathe Operator I & II | $23-$38/hr + 15% Shift Premium

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
We're seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a respected precision manufacturer near Portland, Indiana. If you enjoy setup work, producing quality parts, and solving machining challenges, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC Lathes

· Read blueprints and process sheets

· Edit offsets and make machining adjustments

· Inspect first-piece and in-process parts

· Work with a variety of metals

· Maintain quality standards and production goals


Qualifications

· 1+ year CNC Lathe experience (more experience welcomed)

· Blueprint reading

· Precision measuring skills

· Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
