CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT OFFICER at UN.

Grade: P-3. Location: New York, United States. Application deadline: 6 September 2026.


Within delegated authority, the Contract Management Officer will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Manage and administer contracts within the assigned portfolio, monitoring implementation, contractor performance, compliance, and delivery of contractual outputs.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of procurement and contract management documents, including statements of work, terms of reference, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and requisitions.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units and technical stakeholders throughout the procurement and contract management life cycle, helping resolve acquisition-related issues.
