As a Delivery Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a team of associates. You will be responsible for leading a document imaging operation to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of services that meet client expectations and business objectives. This role oversees daily production activities, manages team performance, drives operational excellence, and partners with internal stakeholders to support process improvements, technology initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The Delivery Manager is accountable for achieving productivity, quality, and service level goals while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of associates to ensure production, quality, and service level objectives are achieved.

  • Manage daily document imaging operations, including workflow prioritization, staffing, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, employee development, and corrective action as needed to maintain a high-performing team.

  • Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions when performance targets are not met.

  • Participate in operational planning activities and contribute to the development of strategies that support client requirements and business objectives.

  • Partner with technology and support teams to implement system updates, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, security requirements, client commitments, and company policies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance quality through process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to address operational issues and support successful service delivery.

  • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on performance, risks, staffing, and improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading operational teams in a production, document management, records management, imaging, mailroom, or transaction processing environment.

  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.

  • Experience managing productivity, quality, and service level performance in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining operational effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with employees, clients, and senior leadership.

  • Experience partnering with technology and support teams to implement operational improvements and system enhancements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
