  • Assist with onboarding new accounts, monitoring client-specific restrictions, and supporting account governance processes.
  • Create and maintain portfolio analytics, reporting, and monitoring tools using platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Excel, and portfolio management systems.
  • Support the preparation of portfolio reviews, fund materials, and trustee reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, controls, and implementation processes through automation and analytical tools.
  • Analyze trade activity, portfolio dispersion, and implementation risks to support efficient portfolio management execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio implementation, trade operations, or related functions.
  • Experience working with order management and portfolio management systems; experience with Aladdin or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, portfolio implementation, trade lifecycle, and cash management processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with high integrity, accountability, and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Characteristics
  • Experience supporting institutional equity portfolios.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and operational scalability.
