You'll help customers stay engaged, informed, and excited about their BMW experience while creating lasting relationships that keep them coming back for years to come.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the customer journey by managing the entire portfolio, including lease-end opportunities, retail customers, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) expirations, equity positions, warranty milestones, and maintenance reminders.
Be the trusted BMW connection by reaching out, checking in, and creating meaningful conversations with our valued clients.
Help drive customer loyalty and achieve our 68% loyalty goal by delivering an experience customers can't wait to return to.
Guide customers through lease returns and inspections with confidence, professionalism, and a smile.
Deliver vehicles and paperwork, as needed, ensuring every handoff feels like a BMW moment.
Jump in and support the Sales Team when needed, including vacations, illnesses, and busy seasons.
Partner with the Business Office by assisting with paperwork, customer documents, and administrative tasks.
Keep customer information updated and organized using dealership systems and CRM tools.
Spot opportunities to create repeat customers, referrals, and lifelong BMW enthusiasts.

Compensation
