Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Treasury Management Sales Associate opportunities in Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX.   • Pay: $31.50 per hour

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Assignment Length: 5-month assignment

  • Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX

Responsibilities for a Treasury Management Sales Associate include but are not limited to:
  • Support Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, including sales support, solution development, and relationship management activities.

  • Assist with pricing activities, profitability analysis, pricing models, approval submissions, and treasury management portfolio management initiatives.

  • Support proposal development and RFP processes, including stakeholder coordination, response tracking, deliverable management, and submission support.

  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, administrative activities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support treasury management sales efforts.

Candidates for Treasury Management Sales Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, or related financial services experience.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience supporting pricing, proposals, RFPs, or portfolio management activities preferred.
