In this role, you are the welcoming face of our service department. You will spend your day on your feet, helping manage the flow of vehicles and ensuring that every guest who visits our dealership feels cared for from the moment they pull up. We don't just fix cars; we build relationships. Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the service center and assist with vehicle intake.
Move customer vehicles safely between the service drive, parking lot, and workshop bays.
Keep our service drive clear and organized to ensure smooth traffic flow for our guests.
Assist the service team with basic tasks such as retrieving documents or supplies.
Ensure that all vehicles are parked neatly and securely while they await service.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Physical stamina to work on your feet throughout the shift.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Experience in an automotive or customer service setting is helpful but not required.
