Job description

Apartment Porter / Detailed Housekeeper

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Porter/Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work independently, and has strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Deep-clean vacant apartment units and prepare them for move-in
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, windows, and floors
  • Maintain leasing offices, model units, laundry rooms, and common areas
  • Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
  • Clean breezeways, hallways, stairwells, and building entrances
  • Maintain the grounds, parking areas, and dumpster areas
  • Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
  • Assist the maintenance team with basic porter duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Previous apartment housekeeping, porter, or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Dependable attendance and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift


Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
