This is a fully remote position based at our hospice center, allowing you to engage in meaningful work from the comfort of your own home. You will interact with clients through synchronous video sessions, utilizing advanced technology to ensure seamless communication and documentation. Our user-friendly therapist portal integrates state-of-the-art digital tools to optimize your workflow while enhancing client engagement.

• Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to adults grappling with a variety of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals to design comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that clients receive holistic support tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor client outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies charting and patient communications.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population, each facing unique emotional challenges. Your emphasis will be on delivering culturally sensitive care, as understanding the diverse backgrounds of clients is paramount in establishing trust and rapport. You are encouraged to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to express themselves, share their experiences, and work collaboratively towards their goals.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent license in the state of California (LCSW) is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing empathetic and supportive therapy to clients.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience, specifically in providing therapy to individuals utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
• Experience working with a diverse range of mental health disorders, demonstrating an ability to treat all populations with sensitivity and respect.
• Tech-savviness, with the enthusiasm to incorporate digital solutions into clinical practices effectively.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
