La personne participe à l’assemblage de sous-ensembles de tôle mécanique, à la production de groupes de refroidissement, ainsi qu’au travail de tuyauterie et de coupe. Elle doit être à l’aise avec la lecture de plans d’assemblage, l’utilisation d’outils manuels et électriques, et le travail avec des métaux, y compris le cuivre et l’argent.Responsabilités Effectuer des tâches de manutention générale, incluant la coupe et le perçage de matériaux, l’expédition, la réception, la gestion de l’inventaire et les tâches de nettoyage. Participer aux activités de fabrication en aidant à la coupe et au perçage de l’acier et d’autres matériaux métalliques. Assembler des sous-ensembles de tôle mécanique, notamment deux sous-assemblages de ventilo-convecteurs, en respectant les plans et les spécifications. Assister à la production de groupes de refroidissement (chillers) selon les besoins de la ligne de production. Réaliser des travaux de tuyauterie et de coupe de tuyaux en respectant les mesures impériales et métriques. Nettoyer les postes de travail et les espaces communs afin de maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire. Travailler au besoin dans des espaces confinés en respectant les procédures de sécurité établies. Travailler au besoin en hauteur en utilisant l’équipement de protection approprié. Utiliser des outils manuels et des outils électriques pour les opérations de coupe, de perçage, d’assemblage et de finition. Lire et interpréter des plans d’assemblage pour réaliser correctement les montages mécaniques. Effectuer des opérations de brasage sous les unités, au besoin, en adoptant des positions de travail variées. Appliquer les consignes de santé et sécurité et utiliser l’équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) de façon constante. Compétences Essentielles Minimum de 1 an d’expérience en production. Minimum de 1 an d’expérience avec des outils manuels et électriques. Minimum de 1 an d’expérience de travail avec des produits métalliques. Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans d’assemblage. Capacité à lire des mesures impériales et métriques avec précision. Expérience de travail avec le métal, incluant le cuivre ou l’argent. Aisance avec l’utilisation d’outils de production et d’outils électriques. Capacité à travailler en hauteur. Capacité à travailler dans des espaces confinés. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel bruyant avec EPI. Aptitude pour le travail manuel et mécanique dans un contexte de fabrication. Capacité à suivre des procédures et à respecter les normes de qualité. Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications Être à l’aise avec l’utilisation d’un chalumeau (blow torch) est un atout. Expérience préalable en assemblage mécanique ou en tôlerie est un atout. Expérience avec la tuyauterie et le brasage est un atout. Possibilité de devenir soudeur et d’obtenir des certificats de soudage. Possibilité d’obtenir la certification RBQ grâce à la formation offerte. Capacité à communiquer en français ou en anglais.
