As a Porsche Pro, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Delivery Coordination – Guide new and pre-owned owners through comprehensive, personalized vehicle delivery appointments, ensuring they master every feature of their Porsche's PCM infotainment system, driver-assistance tech, and performance settings.

  • Tech & Feature Mastery – Stay up-to-end on the latest Porsche software updates, EV charging protocols, and digital applications (like the Porsche App) to troubleshoot and educate clients effectively.

  • Pre-Delivery Preparation – Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure settings, connected services, and personalized profiles are fully configured before the client arrives.

  • Showroom Readiness – Maintain a pristine, tech-ready showroom environment, ensuring display vehicles have active displays, charged batteries, and updated demonstration software.

  • Post-Delivery Follow-Up – Reach out to recent delivery clients to answer lingering technical questions, schedule second-delivery check-ins, and ensure an exceptional ownership transition.
