Job Description

As a Supplier Onboarding Specialist (SOS) you will guide and assist our independent contractor and secondary supplier contractors through the PG screening and onboarding processes.


You’ll be successful in this role if you have a knack for process management. The right person for this role must be able to show initiative and able to manage large volume of requests and projects, and feel comfortable with prioritizing them. This role tends to be a strong fit for someone who thrives in a team environment and is comfortable managing their time across multiple priorities. Success here comes from being detail-oriented, thinking critically, enjoying problem-solving, and communicating clearly and confidently.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating an elevated onboarding experience for independent contractors and secondary suppliers.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and evaluated candidate screenings, onboards, re-vettings, and extensions.
  • Facilitate onboarding process including communication to independent contractors, secondary suppliers, and PG Customers of all onboarding requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular and real-time updates on onboarding status to the customer and coordinate start date details.
  • Maintain contractor files through onboarding process.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance for onboards in various software tools.
  • Partner with Vendor Billing Services team to ensure bill and pay rates are accurate during contractor's assignments and provide invoicing details for successful first submission.
  • Assist with customer and internal audits.
  • Assist with setting up background and drug testing for contractors. Partner with Employee Screening team to assist.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Stay up to date on guidelines and laws tied to Independent Contractor recommendations.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures regularly.

Projected Budget Compensation

Internal Hourly Base Compensation: $19.23-21.63

Bonus eligibility up to $4000
