Job description

Chick-fil-A Peachtree & Collier is bringing the Chick-fil-A experience directly to office and government buildings across Atlanta through our new partnership with Fooda. As a Pop-Up Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand off-site — setting up our pop-up, serving guests, and delivering signature Chick-fil-A hospitality to busy professionals during their workday. This role is more than just a job; it's a chance to represent one of the nation's most respected brands, build sales and customer-service skills, and grow with an experienced Operator and leadership team.

Schedule:

  • Off-site pop-up hours are approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • At least 3 days per week, Tuesday through Thursday
  • Additional in-restaurant training shifts to learn Front of House functions
  • Closed on Sundays

Our Benefits Include:

  • A fun, fast-paced work environment where you can positively influence others
  • Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)
  • Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders
  • Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals
  • Scholarship opportunities
  • Competitive pay
  • Mileage Reimbursement

Pop-Up Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Travel to partner office and government buildings to set up, run, and break down the Chick-fil-A pop-up
  • Load, transport, and unload equipment, product, and supplies for each location
  • Provide exceptional, signature Chick-fil-A service to every guest
  • Smile, create eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests
  • Drive sales and represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally off-site
  • Handle transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized pop-up setup
  • Learn and support Front of House functions in the restaurant
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with guests, partners, and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Cheerful, outgoing attitude with a love for serving others
  • Customer service and sales oriented, with strong communication skills
  • Consistent, reliable, and able to work well independently and on a team
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including the Tuesday–Thursday daytime pop-up window
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
