Broder Sachse Real Estate is a seeking a Seasonal/Temporary Pool Attendant to join the team at The Scott at Brush Park!
This position is for the summer months (ends in September 2026)

Responsibilities
Pool & Hot Tub Operations:
  • Monitor and enforce pool and hot tub rules to ensure resident safety and compliance.
  • Check residents and guests in, verifying access permissions.
  • Administer and document pool and hot tub chemical levels to maintain proper water quality.
  • Clean and maintain the pool deck and surrounding areas, including:
    • Sweeping and mopping
    • Wiping down and sanitizing poolside furniture.
    • Removing trash and debris from the pool area.
    • Organizing poolside furniture and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns related to the pool and hot tub to management.

Amenity Maintenance:
  • Ensure the fitness center, 2nd-floor lounge, rooftop, and other amenity spaces remain clean, organized, and resident-ready.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including:
    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in amenity spaces.
    • Wiping down and sanitizing gym equipment.
    • Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
    • Dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as tables, counters, and doorknobs.
    • Adjusting and organizing furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Monitor resident use of amenities, enforce guidelines, and address any concerns.
  • Report maintenance issues and resident feedback to management.

Parking Garage Oversight:
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper usage.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, including:
    • Sweeping and removing loose trash and debris.
    • Reporting any spills, leaks, or safety hazards.
  • Identify and issue warnings for non-resident or unauthorized vehicles

Physical Demands:
Standing and Walking: Extended periods of walking and standing, particularly while patrolling pool and amenity spaces.
