Job description

We are looking for a skilled, versatile Multi-Trade Technician to join our small, specialized team. This role is perfect for someone who has a broad mechanical/electrical background and enjoys a job where no two days are the same. From troubleshooting circuitry to custom carpentry and equipment transport, you will be a key part of our daily operations.

We have unique, specialized requirements that we are prepared to teach. We are looking for a proactive worker who is ready to learn our niche systems, follow established protocols, and maintain our high standards of service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Systems & Electronics: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coin-operated equipment and facility systems using ohmmeters, logic controllers, and schematics.

  • Mechanical & Carpentry: Perform custom repairs and maintenance on equipment, trailers, and our facility. Fabricate parts or components as needed.

  • Specialized Field Ops: Work in two-man teams to move, service, and maintain pool tables and amusement equipment. (Specific training in pool table mechanics will be provided).

  • Maintenance Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date logs of all work and repairs using our digital management system (CMMS).

  • General Support: Maintain all tools, vehicles, and trailers used to conduct business, ensuring they are safe and mission-ready.

Requirements

  • Strong Technical Foundation: 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, carpentry, or a related mechanical field.

  • Electrical Aptitude: Ability to read schematics and use testing equipment for diagnostics.

  • Coachability: Ability to learn specialized niche skills and follow specific owner-led instructions precisely.

  • Physical Fitness: Must be athletic and capable of heavy lifting (as part of a team) and comfortable working on ladders.
